Reservatic comes with lots of news to help you save time! They are available for each provider directly in the account settings. You set the active waiting room directly for a specific operation, where the client can choose the date when he wants to make a reservation. She falls to the provider in the waiting room. The provider will allocate a specific hour and the client will then be informed by e-mail. Reviews - clients can add reviews in two ways: either they rate the provider with the appropriate number of stars or they can add a comment to the star rating, to which the provider can respond. You activate the review in Company settings - Basic data. For a larger overview, you can now filter the reservations of all employees in the calendar. The "Eyelet" icon is also a new feature in the application, through this icon the provider gets to preview through the client environment. Attachments for newly created clients - you can now send attachments when creating a client. The client will receive everything you need in advance and this will save you paperwork and time. You can upload attachments in Company Settings - Establishments. Ability to work with attachments - you can now move and attach all attachments as you wish. Inserting hyperlinks in the business description - a feature that is so common that we don't even have to introduce it. The provider can refer the client to the content of their own website, for example. Changing the e-mail address by the registering provider - the account founder and not only its owner, can correct the error or change the e-mail address. The "required" check box for optional items is also a feature that saves unnecessary queries and fills in later. The client must therefore tick one of the options for the items specified by the provider.
