Declaration of accessibility

Mandatory content requirements

The operator of this website undertakes to make the content of this website accessible in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council, as well as in accordance with Act No. 99/2019 Coll., on Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications and on Amendments to Act No. 365/2000 Coll., on Public Administration Information Systems and on Amendments to Certain Other Acts, as amended. This accessibility statement applies to the domain - www.reservatic.com

Compliance status

This website complies with the above regulations as well as EN 301 549 V2 1.2 and WCAG 2.1 with the exceptions listed below.
Some documents are no longer available for publication on the website (from other authorities, generated by the accounting system, etc.). However, the website operator is obliged to publish them, so it does so. Similarly, some of the older photos or photo albums in the photo galleries lack alternative text descriptions. Some videos embedded directly on the site may lack captions. In this case, bringing these deficiencies into compliance with the law and accessibility rules would be financially burdensome for the operator, so according to Section 7 of Act 99/2019 Coll. this is not additionally regulated.
Some of the information on this website is offered as PDF documents. In order to view such documents, you must have Adobe Reader installed, which can be downloaded free of charge from Adobe's web server. Alternatively, you can use one of the alternative browsers (Foxit Reader, PDF-XChange Viewer and many others). Most PDF documents can also be viewed directly in conventional browsers. There may also be documents in MS Office format, or similar office applications (in .doc, .docx, .odt, .xls, .xlsx, .ods and similar formats). Such files can be viewed and edited by most commonly used text editors (MS Office, Libre Office, Open Office). In some cases, they can be displayed directly in the browser in an accessible form.
