Reservatic: changes in 2024 and plans for 2025
Reservatic provides an online appointment booking system for all sectors of public service. Each service has different needs. Reservatic is introducing new features and innovations that will ease your booking management and improve user experience. Take a look at the changes we implemented in 2024 and the plans we have for 2025.
Changes in 2024
1. Change of operator
Last year saw a significant change with a new operator taking over. Railsformers, a company part of Reservatic from the very beginning, has improved system stability and performance through this transition.
2. New options for iFrame
Easy integration of the booking system into your website? iFrame makes it possible. With new options for color settings, buttons, and much more, you can customize the appearance to suit your website’s design.
3. German edition
We are expanding beyond borders! Reservatic is now available in German, opening the door to users in German-speaking countries.
4. Subscription and SMS credit payments via QR code
Maximize convenience when paying for subscriptions or SMS credits? Absolutely! You can now easily pay by scanning a QR code, saving time and energy.
5. New look of public UI
We refreshed the look of Reservatic’s public interface. The redesign was created with your needs and the feedback we received from you in mind.
6. WordPress plugin and Composer package on GitHub
For developers, there’s good news: WordPress plugin and Composer package are now available on GitHub. It’s now a reality to easily integrate and use our features on your websites.
7. Option to edit reviews retroactively
To err is human - and we give you the option to correct mistakes in reviews. Now, you can edit a review retroactively for up to 8 days after it is posted.
Plans for 2025
1. Simplifying the company registration process
Your first impressions are important! We plan to simplify the company registration process so new users can quickly start benefiting from all Reservatic’s advantages. Last year, we took the first step by allowing automatic generation of time schedules based on the provided opening hours in the store settings, which is usually challenging for you.
2. New internal UI
If you’ve gotten used to the current look and are worried about change, you don’t need to be. The new interface will be better organized, more intuitive, and faster.
3. New on-premise
For companies needing higher data security and control, we plan to offer a new version of on-premise installation.
4. OnePage services
Simplicity and clarity—the OnePage services concept will unify your bookings and offerings on a single website.
5. Google reservations
Integration with Google? Yes, you read it right. We plan to join the Google reservation ecosystem, making it easier for clients to find and book your services directly through their favorite search engine.
6. Multilingual capabilities with AI
The next step for even greater convenience includes automatically translating your content through AI tools.
