QR Codes in Reservatic – The Fastest Way for Clients to Book Online

Reservatic provides an online appointment booking system for all sectors of public service. Each service has different needs. One of the great strengths of the entire Reservatic team is the quick and friendly solution to client requests for the development of new functions that improve the entire system.

QR Codes in Reservatic – The Fastest Way for Clients to Book Online

The main goal of online reservations is simple: to let clients book as easily as possible, without unnecessary searching or waiting. That's why we've added a new practical feature to Reservatic: QR codes for establishments, which, when scanned by a mobile device, take the client directly to the booking page.

Thanks to this, you can easily connect the offline world (your location’s doors, waiting rooms, reception, posters, business cards) with your online booking system. The client no longer has to enter anything manually or search – just point the camera at the code.

In Reservatic, you can generate a unique QR code for each of your establishments, so it will always lead exactly where you need it to. It works on any smartphone with a camera or a QR code scanner. This way, the client reaches the reservation page faster, without unnecessary searching and retyping addresses – just one scan, and they can immediately select a time slot.

You can find the new QR code feature directly in the Reservatic admin panel. After logging in, simply go to the “Documents” section in the left menu and select “QR codes”. Here, you choose the specific establishment for which you want to generate the QR code. Then, select the desired size of the code according to its purpose, and download the file to your computer. Within a few seconds, you'll have a QR code ready to be sent to print, inserted on your website, into emails, or even newsletters.

Since each usage requires something different, Reservatic allows you to generate QR codes in several sizes. Smaller ones are suitable, for example, for business cards, receipts, small door stickers, or countertops. Medium sizes are great for flyers, price lists, tent cards in waiting rooms, at reception, or in salons. Larger QR codes will be ideal for the doors of your establishment, bulletin boards, posters, or roll-ups, where they need to be readable even from a greater distance.

In practice, this means you can place a QR code anywhere your clients are present. In a clinic, it can be on the door or in the waiting room with a simple text: “Want to book online next time? Scan me.” After a visit, patients can immediately book their next appointment without having to call. In a hair salon or beauty studio, you could place a QR code on the mirror or by the reception, inviting clients to book their next service while waiting. In offices or institutions, the QR code can be posted by the counter or on a notice board, letting people know they can schedule for a specific time on their next visit and avoid long waits. In sports centers or courses, the QR code can be near lockers or notice boards, making it easy for clients to book their next lesson or session.

A QR code encourages repeat visits, serving as an on-the-spot reminder for people to book their next appointment right away. It saves staff time by eliminating the need to constantly explain where and how to book, and reduces phone calls for inquiries and reservations. At the same time, it connects your offline operations with service digitization – letting you enjoy the benefits of online reservations even in a traditional physical setting.
