You Can Now Send SMS Messages Outside the Czech Republic – Simple Configuration in the Reservatic System

One of the most common and effective ways to notify about an upcoming reservation is via SMS message. If you have international clients, or run a business near the border, we have great news for you. You can now easily set up SMS notifications to be sent abroad in Reservatic.
Why is this important?
Customers expect up-to-date information about their appointments—reminders, changes, or cancellations. Until now, users from Slovakia, Poland, or other neighboring countries may not have received SMS messages properly. Thanks to the new feature in Reservatic, we are removing these limitations.
How to set up SMS sending abroad?
Configuration is simple and can be found directly in the administration of your establishment.
Steps:
- Log in to Reservatic.
- In the left menu, select your establishment.
- In the Outgoing SMS Settings section, go to "Allowed Countries for SMS Sending."
- Check the countries to which you want to enable SMS sending.
And that’s it! Reservations made by clients from all selected countries will now be accompanied by automatic SMS notifications, just like those for domestic clients.
