Over the past year, more than 100 new business locations were created. This number illustrates how our provider network is expanding and how more businesses are recognizing the benefits offered by an online booking system.
The system saw a nearly 120 new booking calendars added. These calendars were added both in new and existing locations. Thanks to online booking calendars, service providers can efficiently plan and manage their bookings, leading to improved services and increased satisfaction among their clients.
In 2023, providers created a total of 621 new tasks, expanding the range of services available for booking. We are pleased to see Reservatic becoming a universal solution for bookings across various sectors. This is further affirmed by the more than 40,000 newly registered users in just one year. This number is evidence of your growing trust. User accounts, along with a wide range of available business locations and tasks, facilitate clients in managing their bookings all in one place.
Throughout the past year, over 150,000 bookings were created in the booking system. This number demonstrates how actively users utilize Reservatic. The system sent more than 1,082,000 emails and more than 13,000 SMS messages. Reservatic helps users optimize their booking processes and improve the quality of services provided.
The year 2023 brought significant changes that elevated our services to a new level. We established partnerships with RBP, a health insurance company, and Gordic, which focuses on public administration.
RBP now uses our API interface to integrate with the my213 application. Thanks to this integration, my213 app users can seamlessly transfer data to and from our Reservatic booking system.
Similarly, Gordic uses our API interface for integration with the Citizen Portal. This allows Citizen Portal users to seamlessly utilize our booking services directly from their platform.
