Transfer of mandatory information during booking
We continue to develop and actively respond to feedback from our clients, one of which was the transfer of mandatory information during booking from the branch to the specific service.
When making a booking, the system allows setting the requirement for filling in the following information:
- Phone
- Insurance number
- Date of birth
- Home address
- Insurance provider
- Vehicle registration number
Previously, these items were set for the entire branch, and the obligation applied to all services of that branch. Such a setting was not satisfactory due to the individuality of each service. Service providers did not always require the same client information for all services. Now, necessary data can be set individually for each service.
How to set up your required information during booking
If the service provider requires additional client information that the system does not offer, we allow custom settings.
You will find the settings for each service under the term Optional items.
We offer several types of fields:
- Text field
- The client answers a question you have set
- Selection from values
- The client chooses from offered options
- Checkbox (Yes/No)
- The client confirms, for example, consent by ticking the box
All these items can be set as mandatory to fill in or not.
Registration via oAuth
If you registered in the system through, for example, Facebook or Google, setting a password was not required. If you wanted to set one later, the system required the current password, which you did not have set at that time.
We have addressed the situation, and when registering through these providers, your current password is not required when setting up a password.
