Time schedules

Time schedules have undergone several practical modifications that will make work and orientation in their settings easier.

Filtering

If you manage multiple branches and calendars, you will appreciate the new filtering feature. You can filter between branches, calendars, services, and staff.

Time schedule settings

We have reorganized the settings of individual time schedules into one row for better clarity. The order of date and time has changed; now, you first select the validity of the date from-to, followed by the time from-to, and then you choose the days of the week to which the settings apply.

Graphical representation

Graphical representation will be especially appreciated by service providers with multiple calendars and services. You can easily see how time schedules overlap or connect. The calendar only displays a month ahead, but if you need a broader view, you can use the filter to set the desired range. You can also navigate the calendar with your mouse.

Selective copying

Another new feature is selective copying of time schedules. You’ll use this if you need to apply an existing time schedule to other services.

In the filter, you can select a specific calendar, service, and staff member to which the schedule is to be copied. Within one calendar, you can select multiple services at once, making it faster to work with time schedule settings.

Select all function

The function applies to settings where more than one item can be selected. Previously, each item had to be checked individually, but now you simply click one button, “Select All.”

You can find the function in the following selections:

• Service - selection of branches where it is performed
• Employees - assigned branches
• Calendar - selection of services performed in the given calendar
• Payment options - payment for the service
