Option to correct feedback ratings
We continuously strive to enhance your experience with the Reservatic system, and that's why we have introduced another useful feature related to service ratings. We understand that mistakes can happen when assessing services — for instance, a client might accidentally submit a rating different from what they intended, or after communicating with the provider, they might decide the rating was premature. Therefore, we've decided to allow clients to amend their ratings for up to 8 days after submission.
With this new feature, clients can easily adjust their ratings. This option gives you more control over how you provide service and ensures that your feedback is as accurate as possible.
Information for service providers
Additionally, we ensure that service providers are notified of every rating change. This new notification not only helps providers better understand the needs and wishes of their clients but also aids them in improving their services.
Our goal is to make interaction with our system as comfortable as possible and to provide both providers and clients with all the necessary tools for effective communication with each other.
